      No time and a half for on call. Hard to get time off.

      Benefits are great. Hours are great and never work weekends (big plus)

      Cons

      Management does not like to deal with issues as they happen, they like to wait until the issue is unbearable and then it is to late. Training for the new people is not very good. They let sub par employees do the training so then the new hires are not trained properly and make the same mistakes as the person who trained them.
