Pros

benefits and that about it.

Cons

Like title implies, Faith does not hire based on motivation by individuals, or skill set, they will hire anyone that applies since they are bleeding workers if you are wondering why, this review will let you know what goes inside. During recruiting phase, will literally lie about what your job consists off, and will try to sugar coat everything to make it seem in the surface, that they are a good company, which they are not. No real motivation from project managers or super intendents, with the excuse of being upfront with the customer, meanwhile the team can't proceed without approval on permits or no materials, but will cuss at you the moment they see you pull out a phone. Favoritism is a big thing in faith you won't learn anything, but pulling cable, meanwhile bottom of the barrel apprentices will get all the gravy, just because they have someone in the office or higher up that can get them out of trouble, doing all the easier work, or actually learning how to terminate, but of course since the bottom of the barrel can't do anything right, most likely someone else will have to fix their work. no regards for safety or health risks, mostly is get it done or will get someone else to do it and bye-bye. No real Professionalism, from workforce managers, won't give advance notice if there's any changes coming, will call you last minute when you are clocked out and inform you they need you across the states tomorrow. No real discipline or consequences for people that do less than bare minimum. No real payscale will try to pay dirt cheap even if you got the knowledge and motivation to want to learn electrical. Diversity means nothing, people will still get harassed and be treated as minorities or other, because either not white or male. Will drag on on forever to give you any updates in raises or bonuses, or simply deny you any raises, not nessesarily on performance, but based on how many reviews you have from previous projects which sometimes could be a month review for a short term project or a year review of a single project. CEO is a crook, did away with the bonuses and now tries to put so many huddles in front of you just to keep you from getting what's yours.

Pros

Benefits are great and they remind you of that on the regular.

Cons

Women will not advance nearly as easily as men. If you know the right people, qualifications mean nothing. As you can imagine, this leads to poor management techniques. I have not had one interaction with upper management that indicates LEADERSHIP. It's because of companies like this, the phrase "GET IT IN WRITING" is such a big deal!
