      -Micromanagement -Terrible pay -Upper management does what they want on a whim with no regard with how it will affect others -The office gossip is unbearable -No one seems to know what they're doing -Will hire within the organization even when people are unqualified for the job -Zero diversity -Profits over their workers health and happiness -Benefits are terrible
