      Pros

      Some of the people are great and genuinely want to do the right thing. It depends what team you’re in, but generally I felt like my team lead was flexible and the greatest boss I have had.

      Cons

      The team in the city I worked in was challenging and if you did not agree with their point of view or you were not in their clique, you had to watch your back. Processes were fun to work on but almost never fully executed or listen to when passed down to the field level.
