Pros

Most of the people are great. The office building is beautiful with nice amenities for the staff like a gym, weekly chiropractic visits, and monthly chair massage offerings. Faith is very generous with donating to community charities. That’s pretty much it.

Cons

Complete lack of communication from the top down. Many individuals were laid off back in March and ZERO communication or explanation was given to staff. So-so health insurance coverage and 401k match. Horrendous vacation start. Most entry-level positions will only start with 1 week of vacation. Next to no training for new office employees and zero career progression planning, but if you’re a field employee your training options are defined and your progression plan is well mapped and endless. There’s a very serious lack of defined processes.

Pros

Great benefits, was a great place to work 5 years ago

Cons

No communication to laid off employees during COVID19 pandemic. During my temporary layoff I wasn't given any information on what was happening in the company. My email was locked. I was in constant contact with my supervisor and was never given any indication if I was coming back to work at anytime. I was told I don't know when you will be coming back and not sure what is happening. After 6months of layoff, and starting week 27 of layoff, I got a message from my supervisor that I was going to have a phone call with our department head that day. I was terminated that day and was told it was due to financial difficulties in the company. They brought back one of my coworkers about a month ago, and kept one other person on during the layoff. They also had other people from different groups due someone our work so that person wouldn't be laid off. Replacement person didn't know how to due the job correctly and was going over in hours. Then I found out the rest of the team is now on overtime instead of bring me back. I had the most experience and most years in the team. So much for employee loyalty.
