Pros
I can’t really recommend working for this company unless it’s to possibly gain some experience that you can’t gain elsewhere. You might be able use them to leap frog your career. They are a risk. If you decide to pursue employment with them expect to be treated like a number and put up with a lot of corporate BS.
Cons
They have created different departments within the organization. Each are supposed to support the other but they have created so many procedures and forms it makes the simplest of tasks difficult. It takes any fulfillment and enjoyment out of coming to work dealing with internal issues. It’s a disaster waiting to happen.
