Cons

Business model for company is solid. Employees are cut throat and essentially a popularity contest of brown nosing to get to the top. Company is full of nepotism specifically in management. You will work 55+ hours a week so dont expect to have free time. Do not expect your previous work expereince to play a huge role in your starting salary, your salary will be primarily based on need in your area

I’ve been working for faith since I graduated high school in 2018 and in that year I’ve had the best time going to work with the people there who make me laugh every day I love this company and I defiantly recommend this job to everyone!

Cons

when it comes to taking days off the office people make it kind of hard not telling you weather or not you got the days off or not.

If you are a person of color keep your eyes open and your head low. Your work will be triple checked and maybe even sabotaged. HR is not well versed in Electrical terminology and will not be able to protect you so be aware.
