      Pros

      Competitive Pay and great benefits.

      Cons

      Extremely bad leadership that has created an extremely hostile work environment. A narcissistic leader who lets go of anyone who tends to disagree with him. Business seems to be going poorly and when your leader starts claiming to "never had made any mistakes" in his career they start to lose any credibility. People here seem more concerned about gossip and what people are doing in their personal lives than having a strong and successful working environment. And that's from the top down. All the good talent is leaving or planning to leave. The long term outlook of the business does not look good.

      The office management could be less close minded and set their opinions of other office staff aside and look at the big picture, which is company focus. Not what so and so is doing...

      Pros

      Fair salary, good per diem, and a great facade; that the company promotes from within.

      Cons

      No grievance in place for any decisions made by Supervision. It's a very bias and discriminative environment, Supervision is very unprofessional and there are a nepotism and ole boy network. No real follow up on questions concerning the validity of issues that concern fair employment issues.
