Thank you for reaching out. Faith Technologies has invested in various customer and business partner activities in support of the company's business development efforts, including hunting. As always, Faith Technologies works to ensure the best interest of the organization as a whole for future growth. The gains we make as a company are shared with employees in a variety of ways – including all full-time employees being on an incentive plan, a substantial increase in benefits in 2017, as well as reinvestments in the company for a more secure future for all of us. We welcome further discussions with you on this topic, and invite you to reach out to your manager, human resources, or any member of the leadership team directly if you have any additional questions.

Pros

Faith Technologies has really good benefits for large families. The ability to travel for field employees is great as there is work all over the country.

Cons

The Southeast office is a huge mess. Each project is losing money. The management team hired Project Managers with no expertience which has put a ton of pressure on the field and when things go wrong the field is thrown under the bus. Add on the dysfunctional office that has the worst leadership imaginable and it just gets even worse. The only reason the group has been able to last is because they transfer money from job to job to hide their loses and make it seem like they are more successful than they are. This is completely against the completely against the company's code of ethics but we have been told for years to do this by out management team anyways but if we get caught by the corporate office we will be fired. Don't know how the Executive team hasn't caught on to what is going on here but they either turn a blind eye or just don't care. To sum it up, my fellow field workers should stay away from working here unless you can get in with the Mission Critical group which is run out of a different office.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. While we definitely have had a handful of challenging projects, we have had a significant number of very successful projects our teams should be very proud of. We regularly monitor and review Faith Technologies' job costing financials, and can say confidently that today we have internal processes in place to prevent situations like you’ve outlined from occurring. We greatly appreciate our quality workforce and the value our employees bring to our merit-based organization. If you have any specific concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our Regional Vice President, Chad Akin, at 770-218-3590 to discuss directly.

Redefining how electrical contractors work

Pros

Innovative leadership that focuses on making sure we stay ahead of the competition. Faith focuses on end-user value rather than installing the minimum that code requires and making our customers future-ready. We are building relationships with key customers to drive repeat business. The leadership is down to earth and listens to people who care about our company's future. Individuals are rewarded for their contribution to team success. I love the people I work with and the culture of our company.

Cons

We are going through change as a company - but as a result it is going to make us into an electrical solutions provider that redefines the role of an electrical contractor.
