Lighting Designer Opportunities, Pre-Construction Opportunities, Paid more per Hour by Hiring people you know. In-house apprenticeship training can be completed in 4 years.

Cons

Excessive corporate rules and regulations. Push project managers to unrealistic profit margin expectations. Not competitive enough wages to local competition. More money is spent on overhead (see Pros comments) than into skilled labor hourly wages.
