      Pros

      I have worked for Faith Technologies for 17 years starting my career right out of High School. Faith sees the importance in advancing employees as I am living proof of that. Started in 1999 as a helper joining the apprenticeship in 2000. In 2005 I received my Journeyman's licence. Not wanting to stop there I asked for more and was given the opportunity to lead as a foreman on a few larger scale projects. From there I moved to a Superintendent role and then to a General Superintendent position. Last year I became a Project Manager. Many of daily activities are still the same as they were earlier in my career. Working with the team from helpers to engineers through their daily challenges keeps the day eventful. We view all of our accomplishments at Faith as a team win or a team fail. This is the reason I work here and am proud to say I work here. If you looking for a career where there is opportunity to grow that place is right here!

      Pros

      I have been working at Faith Technologies for over 17 years. I started as an apprentice and worked my way up into a foreman role and eventually into a project manager role. Faith is merit to its core. If you put in the work, show up on time everyday, and show you have potential, you can go as far as you want with Faith Technologies. Our benefits here are second to none. From health insurance to 401k matching, we have one of leading packages in the state. We have a world class training system. We have a 4 year electrical apprenticeship program and a 3 year specialty systems training program that leads the industry. The instructors care about the people and that you are not just a number when you show up to class. The leadership at Faith is world class. Everyone pretty much has an open door policy. The president has monthly meetings with all the employees to share new news and communicate projects in the pipeline. Safety is world class here at Faith. We have a TRIR that leads the industry. Safest place I would ever want to work. They care and want you to go home at night the same way you can in in the morning. I would highly suggest anyone that wants a career in the electrical field to apply. So many great positions. But be prepared to work. If you don't want to put in 100% everyday, this isn't the place for you. If you do give 100%, be prepared for a great career.

      Great benefits, but get used to sitting at home

      Benefits are great, and there are a lot of great people to meet that work in the field, would be a great company for a kid out of high school with the programs they offer.

      Cons

      Management, management, management! How can they do a monthly all call and tell everyone how great the company is doing, yet employees are continued to be paid below average and this gain share we have all heard About is virtually non-existent. If you like to travel you can make decent money off per diem but that's about the only way...be aware too, politics play a major factor on your work schedule.... don't be surprised if you get to sit at home for long stints.
