Pros

Faith Technologies is a lot more than an electrical contractor. The ability to take a project from inception, design/engineering, through BIM, assembly manufacturing, and out to the field for in-time and accurate installation is something very few companies can do. They are on the leading edge in terms of technology with numerous tools specifically designed to assist and speed up installation. This also leads to various career paths you can pursue without feeling stuck in one particular facet of the trade.

Cons

My experiences here have been positive and the outlook of the company looks bright.

Pros

I enjoyed my co-workers to an extent. Also this job is exceptionally hard to be fired from which could be a pro or a con.

Cons

The upper management isn't willing to work with the field guys, why be a slave for of the dollar for a company who doesn't have your back.

Pros

You pay is almost as high as McDonald's pay for minimum wage. You have an amazing safety record and truly care about not losing contracts or money.

Cons

Hours, Pay, Travel away from family, HR doesn't protect it's people, not enough people of color and ethnic backgrounds working in top level positions. I've only seen one or two African Americans in Lead positions, never in Superintendent, Safety PM positions.If your African American, you'll be digging ditches, and being treated less than human.
