      Pros

      Good management, good communication and expectations. I worked there during the move from kennesaw down to the Atlanta airport and it was hectic, but everyone worked hard and kept cool. If it weren't for the distance I would have stayed at Faith Technology. Expectations were communicated and if help or further direction was needed it was provided. Training and education were top notch.

      Cons

      Work can be sporadically longer at times, but that is common in construction. It made it difficult to be a parent with both of us working and not being able to always plan. However, my direct manager and those above him were gracious when they knew the department needed extra hours and worked with my schedule where they could to both our benefit.

      Pros

      Faith is a growing company with many career possibilities. Their culture, values, and dedication to their employee are just some of the things that make it a great place to work.

      Cons

      The need for skilled workers continues to be a challenge but that is an industry-wide struggle. If a skilled worker is looking for something better, I highly recommend they join the team at Faith!

      Apprentice Review

      Pros

      Apprentices are given the classroom and field training needed to succeed, take on more challenging responsibilities, and pass the journeyman electrician exam. Company gives you a scholarship to go to apprentice school. If you get an A in class, they pay for your tuition.

      Cons

      Manpower shortage right now. But they are hiring and they pay current employees more money to hire on their friends and people they know that would be a good fit.
