      Pros

      Faith is a wonderful place to work. The people and the atmosphere are refreshing. Management is encouraging and positive. Faith does a nice job at maintaining relationships with employees at a personal level within a large growing company. I am constantly telling people to apply here given the chance and how lucky I am to have a great employer.

      Office worker

      Pros

      Mostly great co workers to work with. Somewhat good benefits. Hours are good for office worker. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      Be cautious of human resources. Really cannot go to them with concerns or issues. No where to advance if office worker. Management does not really care about the workers. Their attitude is people can easily be replaced.

      Pros

      Faith does a good job providing training on safety and industry topics. There is opportunity to move into lower level management.

      Cons

      Depending on which group a person works with really determines the quality of the workplace at Faith. Many departments are run by people with little management skills, promote family and friends over skilled workers and are not team oriented. Pay is below average. Long hours are expected and not rewarded.
