      Pros

      Lots of room to grow and really good in house training. Faith puts a very big emphasis on safety

      Cons

      Sometimes people change things just for the sake of change. Lack of communication between departments

      Good pay and benefits. Good safety culture.

      Cons

      To much favoritism shown to the good old boys. Mike Jansen's family in positions they shouldn't be. Company has gone down hill since Rolle isn't involved as much.

      Pros

      Office - good vacation time to earn, good insurance now, great people to get to know. Work load is full and sometimes get overtime. The company is growing and there has been a lot of opportunity for advancement if qualified.

      Cons

      Low incentive program for office employees. Minimal raises yearly, which are the lower end of the cost of living. 401K contribution is OK but certainly could improve.
