Pros
Great company that cares about every single employee. Some employees feel they are not being heard sometimes, all they need to do is talk to another person in management. Just because there may be some bad management that does not relay the message or help the employee, does not mean the whole company is like that. This company wants the best for their employees and it shows. No company is perfect, but Faith wants to hear its employees concerns and they will do as much as they can possible to make sure they are giving every employee a great opportunity to build a career. Great company to work for. I love my job. I have recommended many people to work here and each has found a great career here.

Not every company is perfect- there may be some bad management that may not care for their groups, but if someone went and talked to another person in management; they will be heard.
