There are a lot of hard working people there who really care about the work that they do and taking care about the members.

Cons

Ultimately, management doesn't care about individual employees and working towards making them happy. It shows in the numbers.

Good work life balance. Some genuinely good people trying to do the right thing.

Cons

Clueless Middle and Senior Managment busy playing politics and out of touch with reality. Poor pay and benefits . Lots of good people leaving. IT systems are old and need of serious upgrades.

Pros

People generally care for the members, just not at the management level. After I moved to another department things worked out for a short time.

Cons

Managers are pretty out of touch with workload expectations. Mostly they sit in meetings to determine the best course of action and then expect the employee to make it work. Also you will never advance in this company if you start working outside of the sales department. Fallon has never heard of cost of living increases. Also, managers play favorites big time, you better be a yes man to succeed
