Many people honestly do care.

Cons

Management is very dishonest, inflexible, discriminatory, in violation of laws and company policies without repercussions. HR is powerless to do anything or actively works against you. Employees are over-worked and underpaid, managers can't or don't support their employees, upper management claims there's nothing they can do. People get frustrated and leave or just stop caring.

Great Coworkers, pay, time off accrual

Cons

Unorganized, no room for growth, unprofessional HR and Management Staff. Management needs education on diversity. Employees are overworked and underpaid. Lots of changes constantly, no proper way of interviewing all staff for new job roles they just choose and give the title.
