Pros

Decent pay Ability to work remote

Cons

No diversity in management or HR. Management able to discriminate against employees with no consequences. Able to be openly racist. HR is useless. Management/supervisors are hired with no experience and absolutely no clue what they are doing. They are getting by on those getting paid less in non management roles who actually know how to do their job. No longer about helping the members. All about numbers and micromanaging. They will overwork you to death with no appreciation. I used to love this job. Its sad that now I despise having to work here. “People don't leave bad jobs they leave bad bosses”

Pros

It feels good to help those in need

Cons

To may to list, but I will try. You are over worked, case loads are way to high, you are monitored every moment of the day and are attached to a recorded ACD phone system, there is very high staff turnover resulting in coverage of multiple panels, along with your own and all the phone calls that come into the system. Disorganization with multiple priorities at one time which completely contradicts the point of a “priority”. Very low moral within staff and upper management takes no ownership of the current state of the organization. It’s a very draining place to work.
