Pros

The employees are good souls, helpful, smart, supportive and very (even over) qualified for their jobs. You can count on fellow employees and middle management both to do the right thing, treat you well and perform high quality work. The leader of the company also seems to care about the right things and is involved in constantly making the company a better place to work. Pay is decent though not outstanding, but it is boosted by an in house bonus system and good matching on the 401k and good benefits. All in all - very nice place to work.

Cons

The VPs / Senior management seem to be a bit out of touch with, well, everything. Additionally, whatever their worth to the company is supposed to be - it's unseeable from the employee level. Budget management seems to be a particular problem for them, and many of the actions we see (such as giving an employee an office then taking it away immediately) or hear (one was quoted directly as saying "they don't care about the employees, they just want them to keep their heads down and be quiet" ) are probably out of context but but paint an uncomfortably ugly picture. I can't say what the true picture is - but the image is very negative and we don't see much to contradict it.

Pros

The only positive aspect of this job is the ability to work remotely, but even that doesn’t make up for the stress and frustration of the role.

Cons

This company operates on a foundation of distrust and micromanagement. You’re required to update your status every time you step away from your desk—including selecting a literal “restroom” label when using the bathroom. If you’re away for more than four minutes, management will message you immediately, often in a panicked or confrontational tone. You’re also expected to have your computer fully booted up and all required programs (which are numerous and slow to load) open before your shift starts, so you can begin taking calls the moment your scheduled time begins. This setup process takes 15–20 minutes, yet you’re not allowed to clock in for it. In other words, you’re expected to work off the clock every single day. This company doesn’t care about its members; they only care about hitting quotas. You’re just another expendable person to them. The turnover rate is alarmingly high, which speaks volumes about the toxic culture. I could go on about how toxic this place truly is, but I think you get the picture. I would not recommend working here to anyone.
