      Positive results and strong momentum with lots of former employees returning

      Pros

      Last year was good, and this year is on track to be even better. Through hard work, commitment and collaboration, the company has achieved its highest membership ever. Lots of growth in many important areas and its really great to see so many former employees returning to Fallon after leaving to work for other health plans and organizations.

      Cons

      A little behind on technology and physical space at headquarters could use some updates/improvements.

      Excellent benefits Good management. Friendly staff. Very professional Community service. They care very much about their clients and strive for the best outcome of all of their clients.

      None I enjoyed working for Fallon. The only problem was the parking garage and getting a space Other than that I enjoyed working for Fallon
