Business Outlook
Pros
Positive environment. Lots of available on going education and support. Generous holidays and time off policies. Flexible work environment with work from home days in some positions. Colleagues are well educated and knowledgeable. A great working environment.
Cons
Not many. Over all a great company with a positive vision for health care. Most of the difficult experience is in my specific job. Limited community resources and things of that nature. Difficult and constantly changing processes are time consuming.
