      Used carefully, you can add a line to your resume. Decent turnover if you only want a better position to show on your resume.

      Pros

      The company treats you like family. They truly go above and beyond for their employees and care about their wellbeing! It’s a fun atmosphere with equally fun and great employees! They acknowledge the hard work of their employees! Hours are reasonable, pay is reasonable, benefits for fill-time employees are also very reasonable! Very wonderful company to work for!

      Cons

      There seems to be a small lack of communication at locations, but that’s to be said about most companies! Occasionally a little understaffed, but again, most common “con” for any company.

      Pros

      Great work environments, amazing opportunity for career advancement, small company feel, leaders at the top are experts in this field, flexible schedules, and great benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, 401K, and salaries above industry norms. I started in this company as a part time attendant and have grown over the years into a senior management position with no college background or post-high school education. FEG treats their people well and if you're willing to put 100% into your position, you'll get far more than that out of it.

      Cons

      The hours can be long and we work nights, weekends, and holidays but those small downsides are far outweighed by how great of a company FEG is.
