Pros

Really generous company with extremely personable employees. Most of Mid-Senior management are very communicable and understanding. The benefits package is very robust.

Cons

Communication pipeline could use some work. Often, objectives and tasks are altered (or even cancelled) without notice, leaving inaccurate workloads in production. Also, critical issues are met with a laissez faire attitude with the main focus being "just get it done by all means", even if those means are extremely inefficient. This attitude leads to a severe lack of accountability with the organization.

Pros

Pay was okay. Loads of customer service and POS experience.

Cons

Bad communication. Had me working 40+ hours for months before I was switched to full-time. Most of management is extremely unprofessional. They will talk crap behind your back and promote other people while expecting you to know what to improve on without even telling you. First job I've ever had that discourages asking for help or questions.
