      - OK pay rate - Interesting work environment - Friendly staff (for the most part) - Can’t think of many more

      Cons

      - Under staffed - Overworked - Terrible hours - Complete lack of communication - Disconnected upper management - Salaried employees forced to take on more responsibility than they are compensated for - Favoritism up the corporate ladder - Corporate office completely mismanaged and very unhelpful

      Close to home- great hourly staff & team work,very busy on the weekends, lots of options for all ages- great place for a kids b-day party

      Cons

      The worst upper Management I have ever worked with- they protrey as this great company and one that cares- Manager turnover in Peabody Ma is at 8 Managers in two years
