      I like the people that run the company. Very friendly and they do there best

      Cons

      Families of patients can be difficult, but it takes time to adjust. I mean, you are going into their home.

      Pros

      The company at work out is an excellent company. They offer all kinds of benefits that are great. I love my health insurance plan.

      Cons

      Don’t forget to ask for a raise after working a few years. They just don’t automatically give it to you.

      Pros

      -Flexible scheduling -1 on 1 care - Creating bonds -Can choose cases close to home -Shift work - “Hazard pay” for questionable areas (extra $1 an hour) -Training program to refresh skills

      Cons

      -Freq calls or text during the day (can be annoying when working night shift) -On call could be better when there’s an emergency (overnight) -Some homes are very unkept (dirty and smelly) with a lot of roaches but it’s not the patients’ fault. -not allowed to use mobile device to clock in and out -the list could go on…
