      Pros

      Family first is a company that’s understanding to your needs as an individual and a healthcare worker. So flexibility is truly a quality that the Orlando office is built on.

      The office staff changes a lot, so multiple calls and questions are the norm!

      Pros

      Doing work that I enjoy & fulfills me professionally.

      Cons

      I’m disappointed that we used to make quite a bit more hourly but when they had to get Tablets for charting they decided to cut our salaries to pay for that, then they said that the state wasn’t reimbursing them as much & again they cut our pay but previously they said we were going to get a raise after a year but that never happened.
