Pros

WOW. FFL are the real deal. Fantastic staff. They assisted me with entering the world of insurance. When I got my license the real training began. My upline is terrific and supportive and often I go to the dial days. I am happy to be here. I am struggling a little but getting better each and everyday but I have people to help me!

Cons

Check back in a few months but the skies are sunny over here.

My wife did not want me to give up my day job when I joined FFL. I have been working in the field for about three months, and I think in another month she will be convinced that this job is for real. It's really great, and I am a more engaged father and more relaxed because I am not under a bosses thumb. The comp is great, they helped me get my license, and I didn't have to sign a contract.

Cons

Weekend working is terrible but I make sure to take off at least once a month.
