      Pros

      I have three young kids at home but I needed to work to help my family. I work part-time when I can with FFL and help to support my family while being around for my kids at the same time. I dial when they are in school and run appts. I never run appts after 2pm or weekends! It's great for me and I get to be with my family and work! Thanks FFL.

      Cons

      I can't think of a cons. I like to work with people and I am making more than I can at a regular part time job!

      Pros

      Great opportunity. This is a killer company. Everything from the comp, to the training, the annual convention which is FREE, and the people are top-notch. Really I have no complaints. It is insurance and it's a decent company.

      Pros

      I love working as an Independent Insurance Agent for Family First Life. I didn't understand how much of this job is about helping people. I find it extremely fulfilling. I am also having an incredible experience working for FFL.

      Cons

      Working weekends is not fun but not FFL's fault.
