Pros

I worked in pharmaceutical sales but got laid off, and I wanted to branch out to something new. My father-in-law sold insurance, so I decided to give it a go. I LOVE IT and most of all I am happy to have found Family First Life. They are so cutting edge no silly calls for training they have podcasts and Facebook Live events. The annual convention was impressive — a free event for the whole company with a ton of quality training all weekend. I learned so much.

Cons

Running business on the weekend, it has to be done but I don't like it.

Pros

I knew I wanted to get into sales after college, but I was not sure what kind of sales. Saw an ad on a job seekers site and decided to talk to them to see if I would be a good fit. From the first contact, everyone at Family First Life was kind and professional. The company is set up for the agents to succeed. I love helping families stay safe.

Cons

This is hard work but sucess can be found.

Pros

I used to work with a carrier, and I made the jump to Family First Life as they started, and as long as I work in insurance, I will work for them. I have worked in insurance for 20 years, and I have made more in the last 5 years than I have my whole career! I have had to work hard, but it has been worth it. I love the one for all and all for one attitude of Family First Life. They are truly changing how insurance is sold and embrace a changing world.

Cons

Some weeks you win and others you don't but over time you can make consistent money. This is true for ALL insurance agent jobs and not a con of Family First Life.
