      Pros

      This company has the best culture of any company in insurance. Everyone is positive. It is not about getting the sale at all costs for FFL it is 100% about the people they serve and the peole who chose to work with them. No contract. I am independent with a great team behind me.

      Pros

      I worked in real estate but it did not provide the compensation my family needed. I chose FFL. WOW. I love to help the families who need insurance and I am completely compensated. I make more now than I did ever before and I make my own schedule.

      Cons

      Cons include me trying to find motivation on cold mornings to go out to the famlies I serve.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for those who want to be there own boss and have their own business but don’t have the captital for a traditional business start-up. FYI, this is a a commissions only business so you will get what you put into it.

      Cons

      Most be committed, motivated, and willing to put the effort that it takes to make any business flourish. Treat it like a business because it is your business.
