Pros

When I came to Family First Life, I knew nothing about insurance sales. I had worked in sales in the past but my friend convinced me to give them a go! I started part-time at first after I got my license and I jumped to full time after four months as I was making more working for Family First Life part-time than I did with my regular job! Never been happier with a job in my life.

Cons

This is all comission so you have to know this job before you go fulltime or eat ramen all the time.

Pros

I am lucky enough to be one of the founding agents of Family First Life. When we started, we didn't have many carriers or products, and we were fighting to start this company. Together we worked and worked and created a company with a culture we dreamed about. I am so glad to have been here from the beginning. I can make a living in where I can take care of my family in a way never thought possible while helping people. I am honored to teach new agents.

Cons

I have no con's I am proud to be part of Family First Life.

Pros

Environment has many top producing agents, people who are striving to be the best and positive momentum.

Cons

With so many highly competitive people you can expect cut throat competition, trust is one thing you should be cautious with and if you aren't producing 30k+ a month according to management you aren't working.

We do believe that anyone can issue 30k a month, and we encourage any agent that is not having the success that they want to have to reach out to us for help. We are not aware of any managers taking advantage of their downline, if something of that nature was brought to our attention we would put a stop to it.
