      Pros

      I work right now with Family First Life part-time, but I really love it. If you follow their plan on selling you can make a great living. They set me up to succeed from day one. The comp is excellent and I like you get to be your own boss but at the same time be independent. Seriously once I get my health benefits worked out I am joining Family First Life full time!

      Cons

      You are an independent contractor no benefits so you need to make sure you know this going in.

      Like Family First Life!

      Pros

      I used to work as a captive agent for a carrier, but I disliked the culture. I decided to make the leap to an IMO and become an independent agent. I love being an independent agent. My time now my time and if I chose to work, I work, even if you work 60 hours a week you feel freer being accountable to yourself. The comp is outstanding, and I have no limits on me and my time which makes me work harder!

      If you don't work hard and learn how to sell you will not succeed.
