      Pros

      Brought my whole agency to FFL and it was not an easy switch but once we got used to the FFL way of doing things my agents and I were very happy. the trainings are outstanding. The annual convention and sales conferences are well done. This IMO takes the work seriously and is so wonderful to the agents!

      Pros

      I am part-time but this fits my life perfectly. I want to be around for my kids and my Dad who has is not well. I run business on the weekends when my husband is around to help with the kids. I can make money to help my family and I can be there for them too. I don't think I could have this situation anywhere else.

      Cons

      I am so glad I have this job.

      Pros

      It's been an interesting journey with Family First Life. The first two years working with them I struggled with making a schedule and working a normal work week because I didn't have a boss breathing down my back. I decided to get serious about my business and become my own boss. It paid off. I work hard but I am now debt free. Even my house is paid. My life is now mine.

      Cons

      If you are not someone who can work independently this is not the job for you.
