Pros

I feel like I have to pinch myself every morning. Everyday I go to bed knowing the families I serve are protecting in case something catastrophic happens. I sleep well at night.

Cons

There are no cons. I like the people I work with and I love the clients I serve.

Pros

Where has Family First Life been my whole life? Got my license fairly easily and I tried to hit the ground running. If not for my team I would have been in the weeds daily. I am getting the hang of it. I am really happy about the decision to join Family First Life.

Cons

This is not easy work. To make money you have to be self disciplined enough to make sure you go to work.

Pros

I was in restaurant equipment sales for a while, and then I drifted to other industries, but I missed sales. I decided to give Family First Life a try. They truly impressed me I didn't have to sign a contract, I am genuinely independent, but the supportive and nurturing culture is right there to have my back every day. I dig this job.

Cons

I looked for cons for a long time. Can't find any!
