      Run Away Now! All good reviews are Fake! They use reps make money selling you leads.

      Pros

      No pros at all! They will use you to buy leads and they make money on you no matter what. You will end up losing money. Not only working for free but lose money! Reason why company had to pull over 100 videos on YouTube because false income claims.

      Cons

      The biggest con is that you will make more money. They say buy more leads get better, buy more leads get better which makes them money, you then get massive chargebacks to where you lose money!!

      This is an independent contractor position where it's 100% up to the agent whether or not they would like to purchase leads. We do not force that on any agent.

      Flexible scheduling and uncapped commission is nice

      Cons

      Chargebacks and buying leads can be a big disadvantage financially.

      Buying leads is not mandatory at FFL. Most agents prefer to purchase leads so that they don't have to prospect for their own clientele. Chargebacks are a part of the insurance industry.

      Had a really supportive team

      Cons

      There wasn't a base salary and was commission only so you would overwork yourself and people always cancelled their insurance after and you would get a chargeback.

      This is not a salary position, it is an independent contractor position. Chargebacks happen around 25% of the time in the insurance industry but not after every sale. That signifies something is wrong with the agent's presentation.
