      None. None at all. Stay away.

      Cons

      The title says it all. This is the worst mistake you will ever make if decide to join this awful company. Do believe any of the lead advice from the videos, they are all lying to get you to buy more. Most of the people that were on top are gone. P.S. I have never see a warning from Glassdoor about inflating leads ever.

      There is an opportunity to grow your own book of clients.

      Cons

      When you buy "exclusive" leads, they aren't actually exclusive. Other agents from FFL will be trying to make that sale as well. Extremely cutthroat.
