      Absolutely None walk away from this company

      Misled from day 1 the upline manager had no experience an all they wanted you to do was purchase leads of $500 to $1,000 a week. The leads were trash and when you mentioned that the response was well you just need to buy more leads our best agents buy about $2,000 a week

      We issue over 35 million in volume each month and 99% of our agents work with our lead vendors. If an agent is not having success, it's likely not the lead.

      Pros

      Top comp - always great but more importantly.. Ability to build a business day one. Different lines of income available (VP bonus, producer bonus, override income, renewals etc..) Leadership team is amazing. The company is huge on giving back to the community. The company all works together TRULY. Being able to be paid based off of MY performance means it’s on me and FFL has the resources (leads, CRM, training) so it is a plug and play system.

      Cons

      I’ve been trying to find cons and I have yet to find any. If you don’t have a work ethic, it will not work for you.
