Affordable Benefits and generous PTO

Pros

In my current stage of life, work/life balance is most important to me and as part of the administrative staff, I appreciate the opportunity to generate PTO, even as a new employee and have never had an issue when requesting time off. I also feel their benefits package is very generous, providing health insurance for very little employee cost as well as their 401K matching.

Purpose driven company ownership. Management operates with integrity and high ethical standards. Company follows forward looking growth strategy and is not averse to new technology or ideas. Compassionate and understanding approach to patient care and their families. Geritom is gathering a national reputation due to its innovative and groundbreaking models.

Pros

The reason I stay at Family Solutions is the work we get to do with the families and youth. I also enjoy most of my close coworkers. That is all I have for now.

Cons

Micromanagement, firing employees without a reason or action plan (don't even give them 2 week notice), focus on how "poor" we are as an agency
