-Safety is number 1. I want to be able to go home the same as I came in. -It has a good team feeling and everyone seems to work together. -It's a nice facility.

Clinical supervision, the team, and the PTO.

Cons

Management!!! Flexibility on remote work, some policies like the cap on PTO and that you aren't paid out for it upon leaving, needing to feel respected, valued, and trusted at work, not feeling like I'm working for Big Brother, flexibility to schedule our own clients, everyone needs actual onboarding not just Relias, improve communication and training of all staff, continued problems that keep happening even after discussing multiple times, not feeling like things are actually changing when addressed, a toxic feeling in the work environment, creating a more positive work environment.
