      FamilyPath is local and family-owned, so they truly care about their employees and clients! Fun work environment, great leadership team, high-quality therapy!

      Pros

      FamilyPath is a supportive and friendly environment to work in. Working and playing with kids is fast paced and every day is different which is refreshing. The company strives to provide opportunities for individuals to advance their career if that is something they want to pursue. Management and administrators are personable and helpful. Great benefits for those who are eligible.

      Cons

      There can be some unpredictability in pay as an hourly employee due to client cancellations.
