Amazing Company and Rewarding Job

Pros

This is the best job experience I have had to date. The training period is comprehensive and well-paced, and those who train you are with you for questions or support at any time. The bonds between treatment technicians and the kids are always prioritized, and it is very rewarding to get to watch these kids grow and know you and your team had a part in it. Continual education and advancement are also highly valued here; there is always something new to learn, and your team leaders want to actively support you in your professional growth if you wish to advance to a more senior position.

-The kids and families are all really great and fun to work with. -Collaborating with team members -Welcome and open environment -Learning about different behaviors and strategies -You get to play all day for work while targeting goals and helping the kiddos learn new skills!

-When you don't get to see the kids.
