      Very fun and healthy work environment, very much a family, everyone supports each other and you’ll make friends

      The pay was bad while I was there I think they raised it now

      Pros

      I like the atmosphere, casual and upbeat. Managers don't get bonuses.

      Cons

      The owner doesn't reward it's managers or let us managers reward the staff. It's all about the bottomline $$$ and they don't have the managers backs. The employees run the place.
