The people have an overall great attitude towards their work. It makes you want to be a part of the great service.

Cons

Sometimes you dont get your hours and get cut hours without a heads up.

i worked at famous daves on/off for 5 years, starting as a host when i was younger and moving to bartender by the time i left. i made a lot of good friends and made decent money

Cons

management doesnt ever support employees. they always side with the customer and give them whatever they want just so they dont have to deal with the problem (even when the guest is being disrespectful). no growth opportunities, especially for women.
