Famous Dave's is a fast pace and fun environment. They serve a great product which is easy to stand behind.

Cons

Hours were long and inconsistent. Hard to get into a regular schedule. Had to work all holidays and most weekends

Good people, management had a good handle on things. GM was excellent in keeping staff motivated and coming to work daily. Plenty of shifts available.

Cons

Employees with a lot of time in, but not promoted thought they were entitled not to do the extra work. Health Care to expensive
