      Pros

      It was great for a quick summer job. Working conditions were sometimes hard because we were understaffed at times. The restaurant didn't have much traffic so when I was To-Go, it was pretty easy.

      Working conditions were sometimes hard because we were understaffed at times. The restaurant didn't have much traffic so when I was To-Go, it was pretty easy. But that also meant less tips. If you apply as a To-Go person, you will also be a Host. My training process was easy and the test was a piece of cake

      Pros

      Good food and great managers and team they have at many in the area I was at - positive but also kept heads up even when not being treated fairly and not given tools and support needed. Food is wonderful and drinks too

      Cons

      Higher Management, execs and CEO's and many ops director kept closed doors and not relating viatil info needed and deserved to team; even support center workers across the territories they own. Secretive and not supportive nor training was horrible, expectations were beyond anything possible given lack of training tools and even knowing who anyone is in the company or whom to go for - as lol should know. Systems lack and just the biggest things needed to make simple tasks done in a timely and effective successful manner not given. No camaraderie between teams. Not a good positive environment and most not happy and feel miserable - no matter what position

      It's a restaurant job

      Pros

      For my store, the management team was always very easy to work with as far a scheduling goes. I also was able to make enough money to support myself through college with this job.

      Cons

      It is a restaurant job so it is going to be long, late hours of dealing with hungry guest. Our clientele base can be bad because of the type of food that we offer.
