Pros
High energy, very dedicated to the culture, food authenticity. Because of the catering and off premise events allows a good manager to be creative, get out side of the unit, opens up many opportunities for local store marketing; face to face & in the community
Cons
Corporate turnover created an inconsistent support foundation; marketing was all over the place, training & system were dated, branding changed often, both marketing and F&B provided very weak direction with catering which was a very high profit segment of the business, poor enforcement of brand-standards throughout the franchise community
