      Pros

      WFH Decent Pay Unlimited time off (just dont take too much advantage) Holiday Pay Overall FanDuel is good.

      Cons

      Work Holidays & Weekends People are FAKE Moving up can be hard Promotions team and some of management sucks. Overall, you should work here, just don’t consider it a career. Management is fake and don’t consider extraneous factors in promoting CS agents. Top 20 agent in CS score and volume (#1/2 agent in 3 weeks) and I still haven’t gotten promoted. Honestly sad.
