Pros

Benefits are great - 100% paid for Percentage of gym membership covered Unlimited PTO Flexible with working from home Casual/laid-back work environment People are fun Fully stocked kitchen with snacks/drinks/beer Sports ticket allotment

Cons

Grew too fast - no reason that a company of this size needs a 50+ marketing team so there are a lot of people trying to do the same thing; not enough clarity around what everyone's roles/responsibilities are Offices in multiple locations that are very disconnected from one another Extremely slow engineering team - takes at least a month to see even the smallest changes implemented Promotions without raises Negative media attention causes uncertainty around job security

Pros

Great team dynamic. Big challenges to overcome. Full of great ideas on how to change the way we experience sport.

Cons

Regulatory pressure and a period of constant bad news took a toll on morale, that period is coming to an end somewhat.

Pros

As this happens to most start ups, FanDuel went through the hyper growth phase which makes it a very unique place to work. The disruptive environment opens up so many opportunities for growth and creativity. With all the unforeseen shifts in the market your role requires you to challenge yourselves in ways you never have before and elevate your skill set to the next level. FanDuel offers so much more than your basic benefits. Unlimited vacation and flexible work from home days are such great advantages for employees with family responsibilities. Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of snack options, weekly happy hours, game tickets and discounts on gym memberships are just a few other perks.

Cons

The two main offices are located in Edinburgh and New York.. The time zones and cultural differences can sometimes be challenging in communication.
