      Pros

      Each individual is encouraged to learn in way that suits that individual, and is always supported by the company. The offices are always kitted out with not just equipment, but with snacks, drinks, and even beer/cider!!

      Cons

      The current political/legislative nature in the US over the company's core product in Daily Fantasy Sports creates a lot of noise, and it can sometimes be difficult to avoid it.

      Pros

      Very supportive and friendly workplace with a huge amount of flexibility - the onus is on each individual to plan their own schedule, but as long as the work gets done, the rest is up to you. Overall industry is very new and going through some challenges, which make for a very unique and interesting work experience.

      Cons

      Downside of a new industry and the associated regulatory questions is that there is a lot of background noise generated from it. Furthermore, if you are not a "go-getter" who has a high level of self-discipline and the ability to self-start, you may find it difficult.
